Refund Policy
At Hype Supermarket (Hype Save Big Ltd), we aim to provide quality bulk items at the best prices.
1. Returns
- Due to the nature of bulk purchases, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- If the product was received damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
- Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Perishable goods, food, or hygiene-sensitive items.
- Sale/clearance items (unless faulty).
3. Exchanges
- Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
